Industry veteran Gene Longo has been serving customers and training salespeople since the 70's. He started his career with Sound Studio, a high-end audio dealer in Wilmington, Dover and Salisbury, Md. He worked up through the ranks from salesman, store manager and the general manager. When an opportunity arose with HiFi House on Concord Pike in Wilmington he jumped at the chance. He took over as a manager/owner and was able to dramatically improve the sales and customer service. He constantly strove to keep up to date with the industry's ever-changing technology and prides himself with being able to communicate these changes to his ever-increasing client base.

Gene now continues his dedication with Phoenix A/V and looks forward serving his existing clients and developing many new clients and friends.
